The Greater Helena Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) invites qualified consulting firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for professional planning services aimed at developing a comprehensive suite of coordinated transit plans. The selected consultant will be responsible for preparing the following documents:
1. Transit Asset Management Plan (TAM)
2. Transit Development Plan (TDP)
3. Transit Improvement Plan (TIP)
These plans will align with and enhance the Greater Helena MPO's Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP).
