Transportation Policy Coordinating Committee

The Greater Helena Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is a federally mandated entity comprised of local government organizations, that includes the City of Helena, Lewis and Clark County, City of East Helena, and Montana Department of Transportation. The Transportation Policy Coordinating Committee (TPCC) manages the executive business of the Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process and acts as the official decision-making body for the MPO.
